I made my 10% goal
I joined WW 10 weeks ago and i had a goal to lose 10% of my weight, I am happy to report this week i made my goal and have now losted 14 lbs. My goal was to also learn how to eat healthy and make healthyier meals for my family. I work out 6 days aweek. I could not of done this without all the support of my husband, workout partner Sharon and the support of many friends, so thanks everyone. It's great to be able to fit in my old clothes again. I am now looking forward to wearing my new swim suit this summer when i take Rachel swimming.
