Remlinger Farms

We had so much fun today at Remlinger farms, the weather was so nice. We met up with our special friends Elizabeth, Aidan and Makenna. Rachel had so much fun running around holding hands with Aidan, they were so cute together.

Family ran 5k today

Mama, Daddy and yes even Rachel ran the 5K today, we had so much fun. I thought Rachel would walk for awhile and then play, she would have nothing of it, we have learn't Rachel is very competitive and loves to get attention. Mama and Daddy were very proud of her. I improved my time by 6 mins from my last 5K run. 38.2

I made my 10% goal

I joined WW 10 weeks ago and i had a goal to lose 10% of my weight, I am happy to report this week i made my goal and have now losted 14 lbs. My goal was to also learn how to eat healthy and make healthyier meals for my family. I work out 6 days aweek. I could not of done this without all the support of my husband, workout partner Sharon and the support of many friends, so thanks everyone. It's great to be able to fit in my old clothes again. I am now looking forward to wearing my new swim suit this summer when i take Rachel swimming.

It was so much fun listening to Rachel and Mark making cups cakes in the kitchen. Yummy can't wait to eat them.

This is the BEST Birthday Ever

Daddy and Rachel went shopping and got Mama lots of gifts, I don't know who had more fun opening the gifts Rachel or Mama :) Daddy took her to the dollar store and Rachel picked out the gifts all by her self. when Rachel has had a great day she shouts "This is the best day ever". I am so luckly to have such a sweet heart. So today Mama is saying "This is the BEST day ever".

There's no place like home.

Rachel and i are home safe and sound. There is no place like home. We had a great time with my family and friends.

Mark's has been telling me it has been in the 90's and when i get home it is raining. I don't believe him. :)
