Pumpkin patch

We went to the Jubilee Farm today to the pumpkin patch, we had so much fun, we went on a hay ride to the pumpkin patch. The weather was so nice. We watched a guy catapult a pumpkin across a field. Daddy enjoyed that. Rachel wanted to make a pumpkin pie. So on the way house I bought one from the store and it's in the oven cooking. (am such a great cook) So I am so glad I didn't spend hours making the pumpkin pie, because Rachel didn't like it.

More fun in the sun

It's been such a lovely day today we have spent most of the day outside.
So after we got back from the library Rachel watch frosty, she then told me she wanted to make a Frosty the snow man out of leafs. When it was time to go into the house Rachel said, "but Mom Frosty will melt" How cute is that.

What a beautiful Day

What a beautiful Day today, I look at the temp and it said 71 Wow I would like more of these Fall days. Rachel just wants to play out side. Here is a picture of her feeding our goats. Wearing her Cowgirl boots.

Rachel draw a picture

Rachel draw a picture of Mama, Dada & Rachel. See if you can guess who is who.

Ballet & tap class

For the last two weeks Rachel has been practicing for their holiday show in December, everytime the teacher plays Frosty the Snow Man Rachel cry's. When I ask her why she says, " I don't like Frosty" She has never seen Frosty, so after her class I took her to the library and we borrowed Frosty. I am hoping by next week she loves him. And as you can see by the pictures, when Frosty goes away so do the tears.

Brownies (with Carrot and Spinach)

For more info and recipes go to her link on the left and click on Jessica Seinfeld she was on OPRAH
These brownies fool everyone! You won't believe how scrumptious they are (or how good they are for you) until you make them yourself. Just don't serve them warm—it's not until they're completely cool that the spinach flavor totally disappears. tags following this comment

Rachel's Cat Scan

Great News We just got back from Children's hospital, We had to meet with all Rachel's doctors today to review her cat scat results from last week. They told us that everything was healing up well from her surgery. Rachel had a hard time with the Cat Scan, but we were very grateful that Oma was there with us. I am so glad that is all over with and very grateful to all her doctors. They couldn't believe how much she had grown and how smart she was. we were very HAPPY and proud of her.
