Rachel 5 year check up -Early

We are staring to get Rachel ready for kindergarten, So I took Rachel to the doctors today for her checkup, she did amazing. I am happy to report she is happy and very well. Eyes, ears all checked out good. height 63% Weight 50% . She had to have her last 3 shots, no more until she is 11. She was so brave, she never even cried (mommy did) you have to be a mom to understand this one, it's hard to see your child in pain.

Cottage pie is this weeks dinner for our co-op

This is an English dish made with English gravy, Hamburger meat, Onions, garlic, beans, carrots, corn and topped with real mashed potatoes and cheese on top. My brother told me it's only shepherds pie if it's made with Lamb.

Our dinner group

So for three weeks now we have been doing our dinner group, every Monday I cook for three other families and then Tue, Wed & Thur I have had dinner delivered to me. So I took a picture of my dinners this week. I made chicken enchilada.

Music to my ears

I have to tell you what happened tonight, Rachel got her little Princess tent out and her and Daddy had a tea party with her. Daddy told her stories. It was so sweet to hear them talking to each other, Mark could only fit her head and shoulders in the tent. so i had to get my camera out and take a picture of this special Daddy and Daughter time.

Rachel loves me to paint her face, i'm not have good at it but it's fun to do it.
